This last week has been too much—and I am not okay. I’ve been waking up these last few mornings with a range of emotions. Some that consume me to the point of sobbing hysterically; some that scare me; some that make me shake with rage; and some that I don’t quite understand. I’m still trying to sort through them all, so please bear with me while I do. I have so much to say, but I’m not ready. The wound is still too raw, and my mind is still too unsettled. I just needed to tell you that I AM NOT OKAY.
